  • Sightseeing tour of Bucharest, the capital of Romania, visit to the Romanian Parliament and a walk through the Old Town.

  • Sightseeing tour of Ruse, walk through the Rock-Hewn churches of Ivanovo, UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. We will visit the town of Cherven and also the famous Basarbovo Rock Monastery

  • Sightseeing tour of Veliko Turnovo - the capital of the second Bulgarian Kingdom, including a walk on Samovodska Charshia Street and visit to Tsarevets hill - an impressive sight with medieval fortifications and dramatic architecture. We will finish the day with a visit to  the museum town of Arbanassi

  • Dive deeply into Bulgarian traditions with the town of Tryavna - one of the most charming cities in Bulgaria and Bozhentsi village. Continue with an Open Air Ethnographic Museum "Etar" in the city of Gabrovo – a living picture of a bygone era.

  • Trip to the town of Kazanlak - the center of the Valley of the Roses, the home of the Thracian kings and wine tasting in the village of Starosel

  • Sightseeing of Plovdiv -  the oldest still living city in Europe, we will see the remarkable  remains of King Ivan Asen’s Fortress – a wise ruler of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom and the picturesque Bachkovo Monastery, the second largest in Bulgaria

  • Enjoy the visit to The Monastery of Saint Ivan of Rila, better known as the Rila Monastery - the largest and most famous Eastern Orthodox monastery in Bulgaria and Tsari Mali Grad Fortress, very pleasant historical sight. We will  head to Sofia – the capital of Bulgaria, where we  will see the real mixture of tradition and modern culture

  • We will explore the The UNESCO World Heritage Site in Sofia – Boyana church and one of the largest history museums on the Balkans.


You will have the opportunity to start from Bucharest, Bulgaria and return to Sofia, or to start from Sofia and end your tour in Bucharest (Romania).
